You also might try a less busy background - the stripes are a little distracting. You could fuzz them with a wider aperture (a 50mm f/1.8 is cheap and good for portraits or when out shooting random subjects). Have you tried converting this one to B&W? Sometimes that's more pleasing with high contrast.

I was a big fan of PhotoSig when I discovered it about a year ago.. I loved to look through others photos and also share some to have critiqued.. Here's my old user page over there:

I haven't updated this in about a year. I'd love to see something like that over here.. I just haven't found the galleries as easy to look through as I did over there.. I actually quit going there when they changed the system and the overkill of nudes that were just distasteful.

Here is a hypo situation, which I am sure we will be interested to know.,
What happens to a Wife's status on EAD, if the husband's 485 is in trouble, when both are working on EADs. Isnt her case independent once she also applied for 485/AP/EAD, or will there be a dependency,

an email reply saying " ... Based on your request we researched the status of this case. We are actively processing this case. However, we have to perform additional review on this case and this has caused a longer processing time. Yeah I think it makes sense to fill I9 form because that way you make it clear that your intent moving forward is to be on AOS rather than H1. In case you dont do it then you are on dual status with H1 being primary status so in that case it is open to wide interpretation of CIS officers to classify it as out of status or in status.

My I-140 clearly shows that it's approved in Eb2 adv Degrees or Exceptional ability category. My lawyer and Employer both have agreed that USCIS has made mistake. in Infopass they created an SR last week with regards to this and there is no response.

Self employment is an option. But the biggest issue there will be to explain the "permanent" aspect of it. But better than saying you are still looking for job (which can lead to automatic denial). Maybe self-employed approved candidates should come forward and explain their experience.
Future "permanent" job offer letter from an established employer is safer.
Dont loose your hope and continue job hunting rigorously. Location/Wage can be different for the new job, all it matters is "same/similar".

Please Help since I dont know what to do as I was expecting the EAD card to start a new job.
Wait for 30 days from the EAD mailing date and open a SR with USCIS and take infopass appointment. Discuss the issue with CSR & IO. They will tell you exactly what you need to do.

We are talking about "invalidation" of a granted extension.
Those are two different things.
And NO. the memo doesnt talk about that.
There is no specific law or interpretation available till today for "invalidation of an already granted extention" based on approved I140, even if the I140 itself gets revoked in future.

Thanks all - I understand an independent status for my wife is the solution. But saying that and working that out in real life is the difference.
a) When peoples like me who are working here for 9+ yrs is having a hard time finding a new Job on H1 ( not just consulting employer a real employer) because major companies are scared of hiring a new H1 until the dust settles - It will be way difficult for my wife to create a new H1 position.
b) Regd. F1 it has to be a fulltime course and we have a 2 yr old Kid. Sending him to daycare , finding a Fulltime course for a new F1 and funding both operations by a single Job may be another challenge.
I was wondering if the respected lawyers here at IV could first show me some direction and i'll follow that.

Having AP and EAD ( i am not primary ) and want to travel to india from atlanta for round trip. what are the documents i need to carry ? What are the things i need to follow ? For the infant baby who is USA citizen what documents i need to carry ?

You might get soft LUD's or hard LUD's. Even if CIS wanted to approve your application and requested for a visa number from DOS, DOS systems are not going to assign any visa number because DOS made them U and the case will have a pending visa number status. If there was any chance for overflow, we would have seen some date rather than U.
