You made a good point...US media highlights issues based on what it likes and presents it to the people the way they want it to be. US hates 'Ahmedinejad' so they are highighting the opponents..as if the opponent would have been any different for the US..US Media standards reached a new low with their double-standards in covering the Iranian election protests. Looks like US media wants to manipulate their citizens with one-sided information and only those news that media DECIDES are in the interest of the people.

This is pure desperation. Its been discussed a lot many times but people keep asking the same question again and again. Check out the forum library you will find all the answers to your 'Case Study"Applicable to all retrogessed guys...
Case deatils :
Approved I-140 & H1-B extended for 3 years beyond 6 years because of approved I-140. Can NOT file I-485 because of retrogression
Next step H1-B transferred to new employer & redo Labor & I-140.
Question :
Can you file I-485 for both employers at the same time ???? & choose whichever comes first. Will there be any complicated issue if you filed I-485 with the 2nd employer after 1st employer has filed I-485
Bottom line ... How complicated will the life be if one changes job after 3 yr. extension of H1 based on approved I-140 ????
Please share your info as the attorneys are nuts..
Has this issues beeb discussed in detail at any other place like WWW.immigration - law.com ??

OK....
"Father and Son" is a good shot - perhaps if you cropped it "tighter." However it does not really emphasize the ice-fishing activity as much as some other shots. The same goes for "Done for the Day." I wouldn't even know it was an ice fishing event - on Father and Son - you at least can see the "Fish Trap" letters ;-). Maybe it's just me.
Solitary fisherman is not as good of a shot for reasons mentioned by other posters. I would crop it tighter if you decide to use it. Include enough of the background to suggest solitude - but bring the subject closer. On the other hand - Solitary 2 is a great shot and while we can wish the fishing hole, the line and the rest were there - you have to work with what you have. I would perhaps use that one after all.
On purely "reporting" quality - have you considered "Look What I Caught !" (1 or 2) - the first one may not be the best one technically, the second one is better - but they do reflect what the fun of fishing is all about: catching fish ! Perhaps you could crop it/them differently to emphasize the boy with the fish.
I would probably go with Solitary Fisherman 2 in the end ;-)
